Below are the details for all the group fitness classes available at the studio. Please note that Studio 22 does not host these classes, but we can help you get in with the organizers.
Golf Fit
Monday at 6.30 - 7.30pm

Run Fit is a specialized strength and conditioning class for runners of all levels, aimed at enhancing performance and minimizing injury risk. The sessions target key muscle groups like glutes, calves, and core, while improving balance and running stability. focusing on movement efficiency and resilience, Run Fit helps develop better running mechanics, power, and endurance. Whether training for a race or aiming for pain-free running, Run Fit strengthens and improves your efficiency.
Strong ladies Club
Tuesday at 6.00-7.00pm
Thursday at 6.30 - 7,30pm

The Strong Ladies Club is a welcoming, women-exclusive strength and conditioning class designed to foster resilience. It emphasizes full-body workouts that incorporate strength, core stability, and mobility to improve overall fitness and posture Whether you're just starting or looking to advance your strength, you'll discover a supportive environment to challenge yourself and train alongside like-minded women.
