I'm Chloe, a highly qualified Level 4 Mat-Based Master Trainer with extensive expertise in various fitness areas, including Pre and Postnatal fitness, Sports, Special and Orthopaedic Conditions.

 

My primary focus is on creating engaging and effective Pilates sessions that cater to individuals at the beginner all the way to advanced levels. I offer a range of options to suit your preferences, including personalized one-on-one training sessions that are tailored specifically to meet your unique needs.

 

My goal is to help you discover your individual purpose through the practice of Pilates, drawing inspiration from the Okinawa community and the profound concept of 'Ikigai,' which emphasizes the importance of finding joy and meaning in life. Together, we can embark a journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle that aligns with your goals and aspirations.
