My Story

Here's the thing - my fitness story didn't start until I discovered karate in my twenties. After earning my black belt, I fell head over heels for combat sports, moving on to boxing, kickboxing, and now Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Each new challenge taught me something amazing about myself, boosting my confidence in ways I never expected. Despite having an MA in Translation, I knew I had to follow my heart and become a fitness trainer. Why? Because I wanted to create the same supportive, encouraging environment that helped me thrive.



Life has taught me so much about fitness - from staying active during my pregnancy to navigating perimenopause now (yes, I'm over 45 and proud of it!). These experiences, combined with my qualifications as a L3 Personal Trainer, L2 Gym Instructor, and certified kettlebell instructor, help me really understand what women need at different life stages. When I'm not running my kettlebell club or working one-on-one with clients, you'll find me volunteering at the kickboxing club, teaching kids' kickboxing, or rolling on the BJJ mats.

 


I specialise in making strength training, functional fitness, and mobility work fun and accessible. My motto? Quality beats quantity every time, and doing something, even something small, is always better than doing nothing. Let's work together to find the type of movement that makes you feel amazing!
