My Story

I have over 17 years of practice, and my passion in human body, it's movements and the psychology behind it means I am always learning. I love using science and research in and outside of my sessions with clients.


I am looking for partnership with my clients, figuring out how to take you where you want to be in the most sustainable way.

My clientele includes men and women of all ages, ranging from young sport professionals, injury or surgery recoveries to older generations eager to learn to move better.

I have a lot of expertise in female athleticism. I love teaching women to pick up weights safely and feel strong. Qualification in pre and post natal exercise, menopause, pelvic health and diastasis help me understand how women's bodies work. As I've gone through life being a PT, I have loved focusing on each stage of my life and implying this to my clients. Hence my current niche in women around pre and post menopause.

My experience doesn't stop there, I also hold qualifications in sports specific training, sports massage, cancer exercise and I am most certainly not done learning.
