My Story

With over 20 years of experience in endurance sports, including completing half and full Ironman triathlons and five of the Marathon Majors, I bring a wealth of athletic expertise to my coaching. As a former Surbiton hockey player, I’ve redefined my fitness journey by retraining in Brooklyn, New York, where I gained experience in both large commercial and boutique gym environments.

I hold a range of qualifications, including a Personal Trainer Certificate, TRX Suspension and Functional Training, Corrective Exercise, Pre and Postpartum certifications, and Strength and Conditioning Level 4. My approach to training is well-rounded, tailored to everyone from those looking to lose weight and tone up, to athletes aiming to push their limits in both cardio and strength.
