My Story

I am a former university senior lecturer and researcher with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have a Level 3 diploma in Personal Training, along with qualifications in pre/postnatal and youth training, and I am also a group exercise instructor.

 

I provide a variety of online and in-person training sessions that are tailored to meet each specific needs. Utilizing the latest research in sports science and nutrition, I aim to give clients the best chance for success in a fun and supportive environment.

 

My clients, range from 14 to 80, include men and women seeking rehabilitation after surgery or injury, weight loss, fitness, post and ante natal support  and overall health improvement.
